1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.

2. Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract only comes into effect upon shipment of the goods or an explicit declaration of acceptance.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

In addition to the prices shown, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

• credit card

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3-6 working days (Germany-wide).

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
