Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

👉 You bear the direct costs of the return shipment yourself.

Depreciation

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of them beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The item may only be used for trying on, as in a retail store. It should be returned in unworn, undamaged condition, and – if applicable – with all tags, labels, and in its original packaging.

In the event of signs of wear, soiling or missing components, we reserve the right to claim appropriate compensation.
